"LOT'S WIFE - A DIVIDED HEART" - THE WORLD TRAPPED BY PLEASURE, PAIN & POWER

How can we explain this wave of the loss of spiritual discernment and power?
How does the seductive darkness steal the very heart out of the Christian experience?
One thing is for certain: it doesn't happen suddenly or overnight.
People lose their love for the truth by degrees.
Little by little they lower their standards and compromise their faith, until nothing remains except a dead, empty, angry and bitter form.
Some, like Lot's wife, will be so married to the world so enmeshed in its delicious intellectual and sociological "oneupmanship" that they cannot let go in time. They will suffer with terrible and shocking consequences over the things which they loved more than they loved God.
Others, like Lot, will awaken just in time to choose very quickly and decisively. Without taking a backward glance, they will move out in complete obedience to the will of God. My friends, This is the choice everyone faces.
Lot's wife suffered terrible consequences when she played with the word of a holy God.
She was dragging her feet and resented having to leave the life she had grown to adore in every way. The offense of looking back upon the luxury, sensual and "modernized" lifestyle that she had grown to love, exposed her divided will. It also revealed the fact that her heart was still bound up with the affairs of a corrupt, and condemned social order.
Two voices were competing for her faithfulness and steadfastness in the face of temptation.
The voice of heaven–the voice of God calling her to liberty, purity, and salvation. The other voice, the voice of the darkness–the voice of popularity and pleasure, the voice of Sodom. Slowly the voice from beneath gained a foothold in a badly bent conscience, and Lot's wife stands as a tragic example of a divided heart.
Jesus said, "Remember Lot's wife,"
and He said it to those who were going live through the final traumatic moments of earth's history. He is saying it to the believer ( you and I ) right now–"Remember Lot's wife." We need to hear it again and again. The message that says "Obedience is better than anything else, in revealing our love." Jesus said so. "If you love me, then keep my commandments."
Disobedience is worse than anything because it is an act of disloyalty in its very nature.
It says, "I can handle this. I'm clever and informed!" But that's not what being obedient requires. It's willingly and honestly walking away from anything that keeps you from allowing your heart to be "re-created" and cleaned. Don't risk the "look back" - upon the pleasures of being in the "vibe" of the humming world machine. The result will be the loss of the "homing device" of God's directional Voice, and the absence of the Holy Presence of the fullness of God's Spirit.
Whisper this prayer and verse with me, into the ear of God.
"Create, form in me a new, clean heart, O God,
filled with clean thoughts and right desires.
Don’t toss me aside, banished forever from your presence.
Please! Don’t remove your Holy Spirit from me.
Restore to me again the joy of your salvation, and make me willing to obey you.
AMEN

"REFORMATION PIONEERS ARE FORERUNNERS AND SCOUTS, AND ARE APPOINTED BY GOD"
A word from The Holy Spirit through Mary Lindow
The English term "Pioneer" was originally derived from a French word meaning PICK AX. Later it was also used to communicate the idea of a foot soldier. The Germans use the term "trench digger" to get across the idea of a pioneer.
PREPARE AND REPAIR THE ROAD
A pioneer during times of war was one who marched before an invading army to prepare and repair the road. They did everything from clearing away barricades to setting mines for destroying the works of the enemy.
PIONEERS ARE FORERUNNERS AND SCOUTS.
Like Jeremiah, a pioneer is one who goes ahead of the crowd to remove obstructions for the purpose of preparing the way for others that must soon follow.
"See, I have this day set you over the nations and over the kingdoms,
To root out and to pull down, to destroy and to throw down, to build and to plant."
(Jeremiah 1:10)
THESE PEOPLE DO NOT SET MINES AND “BLOW UP” MOUNTAINS OF UNGODLINESS JUST FOR THE THRILL OF WATCHING THINGS BLOW UP!
No, the pioneer understands that it is his job to prepare the way and make it easier for others to enter into the unmistakable presence of Jesus Christ.
When there are earth shifts or earth “quakes” occurring in the plates of the soil of "Terra firma" - there are shakings, upheavals, and literally fully destroyed old pathways, roads and highways, as well as, the bringing down of structures and habitations.
WE AS PEOPLE ARE REALLY GOOD AT WEARING THINGS OUT!
We wear out people, policies and procedures to ad nauseum! And so, we wonder why the Father must bring those “times of refreshing” only after we repent and deal with our tendencies to want to have everything lined up, functioning like well oiled machines, and…"Controlled!"
“Repent, then, and turn to God, so that your sins may be wiped out,
That times of refreshing may come from the Lord.”
Acts 3:19
THE FATHER HAS NEVER STOPPED CREATING!
He has never ceased to impart brilliant creativity and mind-blowing new discoveries to mankind! He makes things new EVERY MORNING!
It is what we do to God’s creative plans that sour the way it was intended to produce fruit and seed.
AS THIS NEXT WAVE OF GOD’S DIVINE PLAN BEGINS TO BE “REVVED UP” IN THE EARTH,
FOLKS WILL BEGIN TO ATTEMPT TO ARTICULATE AND DEFINE IT.
MANY WILL TRY TO SELL IT,
CAPITALIZE ON IT,
AND…
…TRY TO CONTAIN IT.
I FOREWARN YOU FROM THE SPIRIT OF GOD-
Just as the manna went moldy if kept or “contained” longer than allowed, so will man’s attempts at trying to “bottle” and distribute this Fresh Wind of Glory which is beginning to manifest from the Throne of God.
SPIRITUAL BALANCE AND A WARNING TO THE SENIORS AMONG US
Moses arrived at the “gate” of his final destiny, the Quest for the Promised Land, but...it was not just the command of the Lord in action that He was required to model. NO! The attitude of His heart towards those coming up underneath him was what God became angered at and…which disqualified him from entering the Land of Promise. The New “Wave of Divine Glory and provision for another generation."
And Moses and Aaron assembled the congregation before the rock and Moses said to them, Hear now, you rebels; must WE bring you water out of this rock? And Moses lifted up his hand and with his rod he smote the rock twice. And the water came out abundantly, and the congregation drank, and their livestock. Num 20:10-11
These people having no water were frightened and rebellious toward Moses, calling out insults and being nasty. (When people are immature and desperate, this is characteristic of their behavior.)
At first Moses went to the Lord about all this, instead of retaliating with name-calling. Then after the Lord told him to "tell" the rock to give forth water, Moses in his frustration and impatience yelled at those people calling them "rebels".
IMPATIENCE IS BROUGHT ABOUT BY "PRIDE"
It's pride that lifts us up to the place of thinking we're better then others, therefore having the right to be impatient with them.
God told Moses to speak to the rock in front of the people and from this rock water would come, giving the people the opportunity to see the power of God working on their behalf. But Moses in hitting this rock went directly against what the LORD told him to do. He not only hit it once, but he hit it twice! This being rebellion robbed God of any glory, as well as going much deeper then Moses realized.
Moses had a life long struggle with anger, and he did not master it. He modeled the anointing with a crusty anger and a withering exasperation…at the people’s cries and need for provision.
"Fathers, don't exasperate your children by coming down hard on them.
Take them by the hand and lead them in the way of the Master."
Ephesians 6:4 (MSG)
MAY THOSE AMONG US WHO HAVE HAD YEARS OF “PIONEERING AND DESERT WALKING”
BE EVER SO CAREFUL IN THIS NEXT KINGDOM DISPENSATION to not become sour, harshly opinionated, or brash, and in so doing...strike out in anger at those now coming up asking the question of; “Where is the water the fresh cleansing drink coming from?”
REMEMBER:
“From everyone who has been given much, much will be demanded;
And from the one who has been entrusted with much, much more will be asked.”
Luke 12:48b
THE BLOW TO YOUR HEART WILL BE THE DISQUALIFICATION OF FINAL FRUITFULNESS.
The Lord will send in an Aaron to finish the work. One who has learned the lesson of humility and trusting only in the Voice of God. Not simply dogged and teeth grinding follow-through without mercy or patience.
IF YOU ARE PREACHING THE KINGDOM, THEN YOU WILL RADIATE WHAT THE KINGDOM IS!
Righteousness, Peace, and Joy in the Holy Spirit.
“For the kingdom of God is not eating and drinking,
But righteousness and peace and joy in the Holy Spirit.”
Romans 14:17 (NKJV)
TO THE NEW BREED OF FATHERS AND MOTHERS
AT THE GATE OF GENERATIONAL INFLUENCE
The Spirit of God would caution those of you now arriving at the “gate” of generational influence, to weigh in the balance of Heaven - your heart motives.
Can you truly say that you are positioning yourself to be a mentor, one who trains fresh runners, in how to grab hold of the “passing of the baton” correctly in order that the next leg of the race is run fluidly and without stumbling?
For you see! That is what you have been painstakingly prepared for over the past few years or more! If you are fixated on finally becoming a “Voice” so that others might know of your personal greatness and oozing impartations, you too will be disqualified from the weight of glory that is going to fall upon the saints in this season. There is still time to adjust the insecurities, the hidden sins of presumption and ego stroking, and to simply… surrender.
GOD IS LOOKING FOR THOSE THAT WALK WITH THE HEART OF DAVID,
AND BUILD ONLY FOR HIS GLORY ALONE.
Solomon answered,
"You have shown great kindness to your servant, my father David, because he was faithful to you and righteous and upright in heart. You have continued this great kindness to him and have given him a son to sit on his throne this very day. 1 Kings 3:6
FORERUNNERS ALSO BRING UP THE REAR!
Not only will forerunners be pioneering pathfinders but they will also cheer on, “shepherd” and watch over the flanks of new and eager, younger legions of emerging pathfinders and “seers.” They will parent, counsel, advise, and pick-up and motivate the stragglers, the weary, and the shattered, bringing them into restoration and a family embrace.
WHEN “STARS” START TO IMPLODE
“What happens is that as the star's outer envelope ex-pands rapidly while the core collapses rapidly, a vacuum is developed at the interface of the core and the envelope. The result is comparable to what happens when a building is demolished. An implosion occurs; matter begins hurtling itself inward to the intensely hot core of the star. "An imploding star is a very dangerous place to be.” It’s like pouring gasoline on a fire.

THIS SEASON WILL BE ONE THAT SHOCKINGLY BRINGS AND END TO THE "SUPER NOVA" CONCEPTS IN MINISTRY.
People will be sickened and again “worn out” by the demands, and pumping of wallets and overtaxed service to bloated egos and assumed power players. Things will be imploding on the inners core level of ministries not steeped in humility and equal sharing of goods, service, and prayer, although for awhile, they will still appear to shine brighter and brighter.
When the implosion is in full blaze, many will be devastated and “burned” by idol worship and “star gazing” rather than seeking the Daystar of Heaven.
THE SHIFTING OF THE “SPIRITUAL SOIL” OF THE EARTH HAS BEGUN,
and what remains after shaking will be the sounds of simplicity, purity, and a magnification of the Worship of God, not the worship of God... in man.
THE SPIRIT OF GOD HAS BROUGHT WORD AFTER WORD OF PREPARATION AND PROMISE TO GOD’S PEOPLE.
LET THOSE THAT HAVE EARS TO HEAR, LISTEN TO WHAT THE SPIRIT IS SAYING...
…AND HEED ITS VOICE.

"STRETCH THE TENT PEGS OVER THE GLOBE" - KINGDOM “GLOBAL-ITY”

What I will be sharing with you in the next few paragraphs is something I am being heavily moved upon by the Father to pour out to you and to in a sense, "impart to you" from His Spirit.
SOME OF IT YOU WILL LIKE, some will strongly challenge you and maybe even prick your soul a bit. But, all for the Good of the purposes God has for you. I love you all enough in Christ to not fear your potential upset with my loving insights.
STRETCH THE TENT PEGS OVER THE GLOBE
The following thoughts and spiritual insights are shared with the intention of helping you see a broader picture, a richer dimension “Kingdom-Globally” and, to challenge you to stretch the tent pegs over the Globe, not just in your local region or country.
So often we want to “export” our spiritual experiences or current expressions of the Holy Spirit to other places and think our way of serving God in our locality is the most powerful and effective pathway to Promised Revival and times of Refreshing.
Many of these same Spiritual moves of the Hand of God are also occurring in Europe, S. Africa, the USA and other places globally. Remember, we are of the Heavenly Kingdom, on assignment to the Globe and have been strategically placed to serve the King of Glory.
SO! HERE WE GO!
Get a cup of tea or coffee and enter the Classroom of the Holy Spirit!
I do agree, that much of what the Lord desires to be done in our native nations needs to come from among the "tribe" there, but we need to be ever so careful to see that the Lord sends in and sends out from among our own and others, specific messengers, people, and giftings in order to train, edify, breakdown earthly cultural divisions and...Refresh.
NO MOVEMENT OR REGION IS EXCLUSIVE ON THE EARTH…
…when the Kingdom is being freely expressed. Everywhere on the Globe, God is doing similar things. I have watched it occur in the United States of America, the United Kingdom, Germany, France, Africa, and Australia over and over again. The weeping, worshiping, repenting type of movement was rich, humbling, and overflowing.
AS YOU GO TO THE LOCATIONS THE LORD MIGHT SEND YOU, see yourself carrying a small jar of oil as the widow of the prophet had in the book of Kings. (2 Kings ch. 4 vs. 1-7)
What if she had never obeyed and had not collected the empty “foreign pots of her neighbors”, as many as she could? And she did it in front of her children!
AS she shut herself up with the jars, (empty vessels) and her children, she still had to empty the little precious oil she had in the possession of her small self or - hence, the little pot of oil.
DEAR CHILD OF GOD. YOU ARE ONLY GIVEN ENOUGH
FOR EACH EVENT, EACH MOMENT TO POUR OUT.
BUT.
Once you do freely pour into any nation or individual, meaning-any vessel that is empty and put aside, more will then flow, until, all their jars (people) have been filled. Then, you go home, and rest in His presence and prepare again.
THE JOY AND YET SOBER WARNING,
that comes from the Lord to those sent to nations is that we must never exclude others from other nations or foreign lands, whether we are at home or in another nation. All that we are, and have been set apart for must be freely shared, freely given, and…
… Freely let go of.
LOCATION IS ALWAYS IMPORTANT TO HUMANS.
It gives us a sense of belonging, purpose, and identity.
However, we cannot lay stake to where and how God will move or honor our efforts. His heart is set upon the whole location of earth to bring it into a Heavenly kingdom fit for Him to rule and reign.
He brings heaven down to us, wherever we are, regardless of our location.
The Lord sees our zeal and thrills over the gatherings we have all been a part of. Large or small.
And He celebrates with us!
BUT I AM STIRRED WITH A PROPHETIC WORD OF WARNING…
… And also a spiritual insight.
Once you have stepped into ministering on a national and perhaps international level and move into another place of God’s design for your life, the first thing the Enemy likes to do is imply that we have become more unique or special in our place of calling, location, or expressions.
Actually. You have been called to die further.
To ambition, to personal vision and importance.
Teach this to the young ones.
WE MUST LEARN THAT IT IS NOT LOCATION OR HARD WORK THAT GOD IS BLESSING!
He blesses lives Hidden WITH God in Christ.
Those who will start fires wherever they are sent and then, carry the embers of that flame with them, releasing others to fan the flames.
He makes winds his messengers,
Flames of fire his servants.
Psalm 104:4
“I will say to the north, 'Give them up!'
and to the south, 'Do not hold them back.'
Bring my sons from afar and my daughters
from the ends of the earth!”
Isaiah 43:6
WHAT ARE THE BATTLES OF ENTERING INTO "THE CALLING?"
The Big ones?
Personal obscurity and self-denial.
Letting go of the torch of personal vision so that others may flourish.
Laying down our exclusiveness and letting others in on God's inclusiveness… globally.
"Therefore, my brothers, be all the more eager to make your calling and election sure.
For if you do these things, you will never fail."
2 Peter 1:10
THESE WORDS MAY SEEM INTENSE…
..and sobering dear friends. But you have stepped into it now and I would not be a true friend to you if I didn't lovingly share with you that, since you have received a commissioning, you must also prepare to release that and, commission others until you yourself have multiplied the fire by allowing others everywhere to be able to have some of it, to fan it, to flame it...to make it their own, only to then repeat the process.
SIMULTANEOUSLY, OTHER GATHERINGS AND MEETINGS ARE OCCURRING GLOBALLY, UNANNOUNCED TO ALL OF US FOCUSING ON OUR OWN REGIONS OR AREAS.
THE LORD IS "TABERNACLE-ING WITH HIS PEOPLE" ...
...everywhere that there is humility, hunger, and holiness.
Eventually, all of this kind of "tent meeting" will produce a move of Global intensity and will have a Glorious Collision among tribes, nations and peoples. We will all know one another in Christ and identify ourselves only as those from another Heavenly Kingdom. Even if we do have different accents and languages to struggle with!
"With this in mind, we pray for you,
that our God may count you worthy of his calling,
and that by his power he may fulfill
every good purpose of yours and every act prompted by your faith."
2 Thessalonians 1:11
AS YOU GO TO THE NATION OR CITIES OR PEOPLE THE LORD SENDS YOU TO…
...You go as a black man or woman,
a yellow man or woman,
a white man or woman,
a brown man or woman
and a red man or woman.
YOU GO GLOBALLY, CULTURALLY, AND KINGDOM-LIKE.
YOU ARE one of THEM.
YOU become that part of the Kingdom when you are there, and you fan the flame God has placed in their location, leaving another aspect of the Kingdom with them, to also carry… Globally.
When we implement this, we mature in Christ and step into a new dimension and a new "Good Time to die a little more," and in doing this we produce and dispense the fresh perfume of a surrendered life.
"But thank God!
He has made us his captives
and continues to lead us along in Christ’s triumphal procession.
Now he uses us to spread the knowledge of Christ everywhere,
like a sweet perfume."
2 Corinthians 2:14

“A TABLE IN THE DESERT”- PROPHETIC INSIGHTS FOR TODAY'S TURMOIL

If you ask the true
"heart determined" believers in Christ today just what it is that
they need now more than ever, it would be totally answered by the very raw
words;
“I am in a state of real Desperation For God's
Help!”
HERE IS THE PROPHETIC
INSIGHT THAT THE LORD WOULD HAVE ME SHARE WITH YOU.
In the past few years
many have seemingly "gotten" all that they thought they wanted. Lots
of new stuff, bigger houses, hefty stock increases, and for some, that
"greatly awaited moment" of climbing the mountain to the top of the
heap to be "up there with the big dogs." Their inner thoughts
exclaimed, "I am now someone that folks finally appreciate and take notice
of!"
AND NOW... SUDDENLY!
THE BOTTOM HAS FALLEN OUT
OF MANY OF THESE EXCITING MOMENTS!
Friends are scattering,
you struggle to get your bearings. Telephones and emails and fax machines fall
silent. NOBODY wants to identify with YOUR pain or loss. It just MIGHT rub off
on them! Or better yet, it might even expose their slippery slope at the
moment!
WE ARE IN THE HOTTEST
REFINERS FIRE TO DATE!
People are winding up in
anger, disbelief and frustration over this "unfair" season the Bride
of Christ is in! It just isn't fair! We have been so good! We have laid down
everything!
Why oh why are WE being singled out?
Why oh why are WE being singled out?
I am weary with my
crying; my throat is parched;
My eyes fail while I wait
for my God.
~ Psalm. 69:3
I am weary with my sighing;
every night I make
my bed swim,
I dissolve my couch with my tears.
~ Psalm. 6:6
Does this sound like you
right now?
EVERYONE IS GOING TO BE
TESTED SOMETIME!
The strongest impression
I have received from the Father about the condition of His Bride is this. When
things are going "fabulously" for her, when all of heaven is
blessing, she wants to keep it that way!
If she is not in a place
of great humility and thankfulness for what the Lord is doing, she tends to
assume that, "It’s about time folks knew just how long I've been waiting for
them to see just how great this church, or ministry or intellectual skill I've
been soooo blessed with is!"
Then comes the attitude
that we have to keep it allotted to only a few "real winners" like
ourselves, and we become exclusive and look for only high rollers to run with.
And then. AGAIN comes the
TEST.
Persecution comes, mug
slinging, attacks on personal integrity, character assassination, and again the
fiery trial.........of our soul.
TO REMOVE IMPURITIES - GOD USES A HOT FURNACE!
These trials as if by
fire are only to test your faith, to show that it is strong and pure. It is
being tested as fire tests and purifies gold--and your faith is far more
precious to God than mere gold.
So if your faith remains
strong
after being tried by fiery trials,
it will bring you much praise and
glory
and honor on the day when Jesus Christ
is revealed to the whole world.
~ I Peter chapter 1: 7
HOW ARE YOU DOING?
The Lord is working the
Bride overtime right now to deal with selfish ambition, personal comfort, and
any other areas of personal agenda or presumption.
Some of the pain you are
experiencing is due to the disobedience of those in the Body of Christ around
you! They resist the hand of God and react against you in retaliation toward
God bringing correction or exposure to their secret lifestyle of personal gain
or need for power!
WE ARE NOT ALONE!
For consider Him who has
endured such hostility
by sinners against Himself,
so that you may not grow
weary and lose heart.
Heb. 12:3
Admit it! It is hard to
not lose heart right now!
The world is in a tailspin and lukewarm Christians
are showing their true colors! It's time to deal with
this! It is NOT going to go away!
AGONY IS MORE SEVERE WHEN
IT IS "ENHANCED" BY TREACHERY!
Jesus went thorough it.
Stephen went through it and so did hundreds of others!
AND it hurts, and disillusions, and causes us to be so very, very weary!
AND it hurts, and disillusions, and causes us to be so very, very weary!
THE MOVE FROM WEAK TO
STRONG IS COMING!
"When?" ...You may ask.
“Can God spread a table
in the desert?”
Psalm 78.19
Here are a few things the
Lord would require:
1. To gain strength we
must relinquish our power or control over what we think of others. We will be
judged by the way we judge others when they struggle. Pious and lofty lectures
are not the Kingdom language of healing and restoration. Loving-kindness and
Mercy reveal the heart of godly maturity in a believer when dealing with the
sorrows and anguish of others.
“Like one who takes away
a garment on a cold day,
Or like vinegar poured on
soda, is one who sings songs
To a heavy heart.”
Proverbs 25:20
2. Reach out in kindness
to those under fire.
Encourage them to stand.
Encourage them to seek the Lord.
Bless them and don't talk
about them when they struggle!
"The Lord God has
given me the tongue of disciples,
That I may know how to
sustain the weary one with a word.
He awakens me morning by
morning,
He awakens my ear to
listen as a disciple." Isaiah 50:4 3
3. Get still. Stop
organizing, planning, and pushing ahead into oblivion! God really does have a
plan!
“Though youths grow weary
and tired,
And vigorous young men
stumble badly,
Yet those who wait for
the Lord, Will gain new strength;
They will mount up with
wings like eagles,
They will run and not get
tired,
They will walk and not
become cynical. “
Is. 40:30 -31
4. TRUST FOR A MOMENT!
It's all about trusting
God in the end. Oh yes it is!
Will He REALLY refresh us
in this time of struggle?
His Loving Word says so.
“For I satisfy the weary
ones,
And refresh everyone who
languishes."
Jer. 31:25 5
The Lord is producing
endurance whether we like it or not!
Blessed is a man who
perseveres under trial;
For once he has been
approved,
He will receive the crown
of life,
Which the Lord has
promised to those who love Him.
James 1:12
THE FATHER IS URGING US
TO RUN TO HIM, TO CLING TO HIM!
He is there! Even in the
fog of struggle, loss, anxiety, and also in seeming success.
He wants us to be
desperate for Him and rely wholly on His voice.
To make all of our
decisions based on His plan for the whole earth!
Seek Him.
Lean into His Voice.
Elevate grace and mercy…
…And lower your own

redeem your life from the pit.

the “One” who lavished and spilled out all He had, that we might repeat His
actions, and in so doing, bring His Glory to it’s fullest measure and depth.
