DEAR FRIENDS OR READERS. THIS IS MOST POSSIBLY ONE OF THE MOST SUCCINCT WORDS THAT THE LORD HAS GIVEN TO ME TO SHARE THIS FAR IN MY LIFE WITH HIM.

WHAT WE ACCOMPLISH AS MEMBERS OF THE KINGDOM OF GOD 

IS DONE BY THE POWER OF GOD, 

AND BE EVER SO CAREFUL! KNOWLEDGE CAN BE MISTAKEN FOR MATURITY. 

The Times are RAPIDLY Changing, and I know that for me, it will require a different strategy to handle them and that I must be willing and able to walk out the days ahead. It seems as if I identify with the prophet Jeremiah more often now than ever before. And so, I am CHOOSING to adjust the way of delivering my portion of what the Spirit of God would give me, as He leads me. Daily.

I AM IN WORDLESS, TEAR-STREAMING GRIEF over the rapid forms of meditation, eastern mysticism, competitive daily trendy "prophetic" articles/words (advertisements!) -and outright fear mongering one moment and then "hysterical" any moment breakthrough messages, (both which, recycle over and over, that are sweeping into the Body of Christ.

Facebook posts are loaded like a buttered baked potato with a big scoop of sour cream, and belch out sarcasm; shaming, smug and rude "thumbing the nose" at any warnings or loving corrections, and the devouring and public slandering has become unbearable.

WHEN PEOPLE REFUSE TO LET GOD BE THE JUDGE OF GOOD AND EVIL,when they inject their own standards to oppose His, these people who are "usurping" assume a sovereignty or power that belongs only to God. They choose to undermine God’s order, in order to demand their own, and in doing this, they hope to avoid the pinpricks of their conscience. After all, "if it's legal" then it must be right! Right?" No. God’s law is not so easily escaped or fanned away as an old dusty list of metaphors.

CONCEIT AND PRIDE ARE THE GREATEST ENEMIES TO SPIRITUAL GROWTH!  Newly "acquired knowledge" or notoriety often leads to pride rather than wisdom. There is no more certain way to fall into sin and self-deception than to allow pride to lead us into putting confidence in ourselves rather than God. This kind of pride always leads to destruction, because it robs us of God’s power to stand against temptation!

WHAT WE ACCOMPLISH AS MEMBERS OF THE KINGDOM OF GOD IS DONE BY THE POWER OF GOD. AND, KNOWLEDGE CAN BE MISTAKEN FOR MATURITY. 

True knowledge is designed to bring us TO maturity. 
When we parade our so called freedom before others in an effort to reveal how much we know, we reveal our immaturity and are treading on dangerous ground! Knowledge put on PUBLIC display leads to heartbreak and divisive scattering...

The Western Style "First World Church" is caught up in so many identity crises! And, with the many pushing movements and meetings, the voices crying out and weeping in the places of preparation (the wilderness) saying, "You! Yes YOU! Prepare the Way of the LORD!... ...straighten out those crooked, twisted paths!" -are suddenly being told to step back into a place of silence and travailing prayer, determined to lean in closer to THE Voice that is small, still, and sure.

ONLY TIME SPENT WITH THE LORD, like a dear friend, will fill the gaping ache you have. He will speak, He will comfort, and He will show you what is true and what is false in the days ahead if you will return to that Place of companionship with Him. Away from the opinions of men and the noise of this life. As you turn your heart and hopes towards him you will see compassion poured out upon you and you will then have his power of pure godly compassion and “wisdom driven” grace to pour out on others.

SPEAK TO HIM WITH ALL OF YOUR HEART, 
YOUR LONGINGS, 
YOUR HEARTACHES, AND YOUR DREAMS. 
HE WILL BE THERE WITH ARMS OF STRENGTH 
TO RESCUE YOU FROM DESPAIR."

“A Prophetic Word” 
Can you not hear my voice speaking to you clearly? 
Has it become clouded with the cares of this life and the voices of men articulating what they “think” is my voice?

My time for you to hear the truth is never when man decides it. The world screams that all the chaos and change is turning and twisting men's hearts away from me. But when I speak and when I move and I am lifted up, men's hearts ache for me!

There is a greater power in my silence then there is in the shouting of mankind saying that I do not exist! 
It is folly and foolishness to think that man can try to silence or attempt to erase me!

I am preparing for myself a bride. Not a foolish, emotionally lovesick self-seeking bride! No I am seeking and preparing for myself a mature godly gathering of those who will become one and unified with and in me. I am the one that is shaping and fashioning this bride in the refining fires that are currently burning across the earth.

Men may try to redefine me, say that I do not exist, they may attempt to twist words that I have spoken in order to fit the base agenda in their own souls, but all the while I am shaping and fashioning and preparing for myself an army and a bride that will not be defeated in the days to come. 
Adjust your thinking child!

I am not a God to be dictated to or to be demanded of! 
I am one to be approached with brokenness and humility! Those who have a contrite heart and a right spirit are the ones that I will answer. 

There is a time coming when I will sweep away and clean up the false examples of prophetic ministry claiming and declaring things that have nothing to do but glorify the flesh.

If a person's heart is not right with me, no matter what they declare, decree, or shout, it will fall upon ears of deafness in heaven. I desire truth in your inward parts.

Let me reduce you to love.
Stripping away title, presumption and secret desires for notoriety. In order to be like me you have to live like I did in the earth. I served mankind and was spat upon. I spoke truth and I was mocked. I challenged the proud and religious thinkers of the day and they desired to silence me and kill me.

I am calling you my people to become honest in heart, broken and humble before me, and with willing and heart to serve me, and those that I send to you. It is not their external condition that you are to judge, nor categorize.
Your job is to share my life my light and my love with them. And in your example of how you treat them is how I see you treating me. 

Show no favoritism but humble yourselves in my site and do the work of my servant.

Yes, the days are changing and the mandates for your life are becoming more defined. Bow before me and reconnect your heart to truth and simplicity and the grace of knowing that you were purchased with a life poured out so that you might live life to the fullest.

"New Winds Are Blowing - Yet There Is a Risk!" Insights For Uncertain Times When The Spiritual Climate Is Changing

My spiritual discernment tells me...
... That a change in the spiritual climate is coming.

Yes. 

There ABSOLUTELY is risk associated with the shifting of your focus, choices and standards. 

For some, there is risk that the newness that God is bringing will also bring an ending to their way of doing things, an ending to the security of the past.

For others there is risk that they will be the people called to forge into new territory in the power of the Spirit, to announce and help build and steward the newness that God is bringing. 

I often ponder (at times I stew and pace) about where the church is in this post-modern culture and where it desperately needs to be heading.

I feel a change in the air. 
I sense a new freshness and direction being orchestrated by the Lord in His church, meaning His people. I’m sure not smart enough to know what all that means nor am I able to predict the future, but the signs are there.

My spiritual discernment tells me...
... that a change in the spiritual climate IS coming.

I’m not yet sure whether this is a storm or the just the rains after a drought, but I have an inkling that it may be the wind of opportunity that promises a new beginning that I hear blowing. It may just be the fresh winds of the Spirit that will bring the “showers of spiritual blessings” that people used to sing about, but most likely.... this is not the case.

Our world and our culture are changing rapidly all around us.

With new communication technology and increasing global interaction, we face a world that will be absolutely different from the one which we have lived in for so long.

Our own society is changing.

There are new ways of thinking and new ways of doing things.(Think self driving cars and drones delivering pizzas!)

The year were are in just sped through and was just a date on a calendar, but that date caused us to take a long look at where we have been and where we are going. And, when we looked closely, the changes unfolding all around us have surprised us, or at least it surprised me!

Of course, some want to see changes, ANY changes, as threatening.

And so they move into a doomsday mode and adopt a negative view (Think the Jonah Syndrome). They fight most any kind of change as a change for the worse.
There ARE things to be concerned about WITH some changes. But where some people see only problems, others see opportunities.

Change can be threatening, scary, and hard!
HARD 
H A R D
WORK!

However, the people who study these things say that times of change are the best opportunities for people to respond to God. The uncertainty and discomfort that any major change brings, opens the door to reevaluate your life and ask questions about your purpose and what in your life has meaning.

If that’s true in individuals, I am pretty sure that it’s also true of society. And it’s true of the church.

Studies and Stats show that there is more interest in religion and spirituality in the world at large now than there has been in the last half-century.

Of course, some of that spirituality is of the weird and twisted kind, and certainly not Christian. But, that also tells us that there are opportunities to proclaim the Gospel, in Love, with authentic compassion and yet without compromising.

Honestly speaking, I’m not sure what all that means for the church. The message hasn’t changed, and the truth hasn’t changed, but the world has, and how we speak and express the truth will need to change in order to speak to that world.

New winds are blowing. 
The spiritual climate is changing. 
The smell of fresh breezes and fresh showers are in the air.
But one thing is certain.

There will be no status quo.

There will be no “going on as usual”. 

The changes, are already in process.

We can’t change things just because we decide it should be done friends!

That’s presumption!

If we say we want GOD’S plan(s) for change, we have to get the blueprints from Him. But, we CAN do it as God calls out to us and reveals to us where HE is working in the world. And then, we can do it!

We can RISK as we listen, hear, and respond to that call, as God enables and graces us with the courage it will take to “adjust the rudder” of our ship.

I don’t know about you, but I'm going to be watching closely for the changes in the spiritual weather.

And I’ll be listening carefully so I don't miss the voice of God in the darkness.

If someone asks me about a voice that they may have heard calling their name in the night, I’ll be ready to tell them to say these words.

“Speak, Lord, for your servant is listening."

"The Lord came and stood there and called as he had before, “Samuel, Samuel!”
Samuel said, “Speak, Lord. 
I am your servant 
and...... 
I am listening.” -Samuel 3:10

When it comes , proclaim that I am your refuge and your fortress , your God!

In whom you place your trust

Then I will save you from the impossible places

Places where death is waiting to take you.

I will cover you with my feathers,

Under my wings, you will find refuge.

I will protect you from trouble... 

...And surround you with songs of deliverance!

I will demonstrate my faithfulness to you, and to those around you.

The knowledge of my love for you will protect you physically and emotionally.

And, when you have discovered this shelter. Stay there!

You will always be safe when you do what is righteous and speak the truth, from your heart .

You will no longer fear the terror that night brings, nor the violenc that walks the streets, nor the evil that stalks in darkness. Nor even an untimely death.

I WILL command my angels to guard you in all your ways, 

Then you will go on your way in safety, and your foot will not stumble.

When you lie down, you will not be afraid.

When you lie down, your sleep will be sweet.

I alone will cause you to dwell in safety,

For I AM your God.

Have you ever doubted my heart for you? 

Is that why you find it hard to ask for my help when you are in such great need?

Have faith in your heavenly Father!

Know that my promises to you are true. If you ask of Me, you will receive!

Not on your terms, but on Mine!

If you seek Me – You WILL find Me! 

I will come to you and I will knock.

I will open the door…

…For you!

Now I have spoken and I have promised. 

I have invited you to come to Me.

I am now awaiting…

I long to spend time alone with you.

My beloved. Sometimes it is hard for you to be transparent when others are around. So get away somewhere private. In your room, or in a quiet garden. 

And when you come to me in secret, I will demonstrate my goodness to you before many. And they will know of my love – for you.

THE SEASON IN TIME TO POUR OUT OIL AND WINE” - A Prophetic insight"

GOD IS CRYING OUT, “I AM FOR YOU!”

I am not against you! I am with you! I am not far away from you!  I am more real, more alive

 and more at work in this world, than you can sometimes believe!”

“I am about to do a new thing; now it springs forth, can’t you see and discern it, perceive it? 

I will make a way in the wilderness and rivers in the desert.” 

-Isaiah 43:19

We all know and can relate to a bible story or parable that begins with a voice of mercy and compassion crying out in the wilderness in those strange and desert-like, dangerous places where we least expect it but most need it.

A MAN WAS TRAVELING DOWN A WILDERNESS ROAD that was so dangerous that it was sometimes called “the way of blood” or “the bloody pass.” And there out in the wilderness, the man fell into the hands of robbers, who stripped him, beat him, leaving him half dead on the side of the road.

As the man lay on the roadside, somewhere between Jerusalem and Jericho, somewhere between life and death, wanting to live, but also maybe wanting to die, he is ignored by two religious leaders who are also traveling down the same road.

GOD ONLY KNOWS WHY THESE MEN WHO YOU WOULD EXPECT TO STOP AND HELP, BLATANTLY IGNORED THE MAN. Maybe the were afraid of being defiled by touching a bloody corpse, thinking it might be a dead man, and heaven forbid they break with religious practices and protocols! Perhaps they thought the robbers were still nearby, or maybe they thought the man lying on ground was only pretending, playing some sort of trick so that when they came near him he could beat and rob them. For whatever reason, they believed it was much too risky for them to stop and risk care and extend compassion.

 THEN ALONG CAME THIS OTHER MAN. Luke calls him a Samaritan, which means this was someone who was despised and rejected by the religious establishment, someone who was often misunderstood and rarely respected, someone who knew something about pain and brokenness, betrayal and abandonment, God-forsakenness.  Someone who had spent many days and nights in the wilderness, himself being tempted and tried.

THIS ONE MAN WHO WAS THE LEAST AMONG THEM in their ability to see and perceive, never expected to stop and help, saw the man. He saw the man’s wounds, saw the man’s fear, saw the man’s despair and was moved with mercy and compassion. And there in the wilderness he risked his own life as he sacrificially came to him, selflessly bent himself down to the ground, and joined the man.

The man did not have to do anything to make this one come to him. Out of pure love, unconditional and unreserved, this one just came.

He then touched the man where the man most needed healing, pouring oil and wine on the man’s wounds and bandaging them. He then picked the man up and safely carried him out of the wilderness. He stayed with him, at his side through the darkness of the night. When morning came, he paid for the man’s debts, and made the promise: “I will come back. I will return.”

CAN YOU NOW UNDERSTAND THAT IT IS GOD SEEING ONE LYING IN THE WILDERNESS IN THEIR WEAKEST, MOST BROKEN STATE? Seeing one in their most desperate, most vulnerable need, and it is God being moved with mercy and compassion for that one? 

It is a voice crying out from the heavens into the wilderness:

“I am for you, not against you, I am with you, not away from you.

I am Emmanuel! (God WITH you!)  

I will risk my own life for you. 

I will give my all to take care of your wounds and to pick you up, 

to forgive all of your debts. 

And when you are ready, I will come back, and I will take you unto myself, so that where I am, you will also be.”

COMPASSION AND HUMBLE SERVICE IN THIS SEASON. 

Yes, right now in this very time, begins a move and season with God for those willing to STOP on their pathways of purpose and planning and to be a voice crying out in the wilderness in those places where we may least expect it, but where it’s needed the most.

YOU AND I ARE TO GOING TO COME UPON WOUNDED PEOPLE along our paths as we journey. Their wounds are not bloody and gaping holes on the outside. Instead, their hearts are broken. They have forgotten how to smile, for real, from the inside. They are insecure, lonely, and they wish they could trust again.

THEY CARRY UNSEEN LOADS OF GUILT, SHAME, AND SELF-LOATHING. They never feel comfortable in their own skin. They feel different although they don't quite know what 'normal' is. Broken hearts, oppressed spirits, mangled emotions, and tormented thoughts. Lying along the path you just happen to be traveling.

IF YOU'VE MET CHRIST, THEN YOU'VE MET THE HEALER. The One who makes all things new, a perfect Redeemer, has touched you. You are sealed with His Spirit. Spirit-filled believer you are a stream of living water that these people need to be saved, healed, and restored. The Spirit of God is often signified in the Old Testament Scriptures as holy anointing oil, and indicated in the New Testament Scriptures to be like a heart-gladdening new wine. 

BELIEVER! DRAW OUT AND POUR IN THE OIL AND WINE TO THE HURTING AND BROKEN.

Your tongue is the ladle, and your words the stream!

Speak kind words.

Speak healing words.

Proclaim truth.

Share the absolute truth of Jesus Christ.

Pray and intercede with faith.

YOU AND I ARE MEANT TO BE MORE THAN AN OCCASIONAL GOOD SAMARITAN.               

We are always on duty,  as an ambassador of Jesus Christ and a minister of reconciliation                  

(2 Corinthians 5:18-20). You are drawing on a never-ending supply!

SO GO ON! Pour out the oil and the wine.  

A PROPHETIC INSIGHT

“It’s The Season and Time, To Pour Out The Oil and Wine”

“When I the Spirit of Grace and Compassion look down upon mankind, I do not see as man sees. No! I see each situation, hear each conversation and discern what is good and evil in each life.

My Oil, My Holy vibrant Spirit is available to overflowing for those who would willingly look with the eyes of my compassion and eyes of discernment. It will flow out and into the driest of people, working loose the cemented stones of the hardened heart. It will soothe and soften the scarred and scabbed marks of a hard life, and refresh.

It is a risky thing to go and search out those fallen by the roadside where there are so many other routes of safety to do good works. But remember, I was the One who poured out the wine, my life’s blood, so that you might live and be cleansed.

I was a man, despised and rejected, yet I obeyed and took the road, the path, which was set in front of me. And I found you, broken and bruised, lost and confused, looking for help when others abused, robbed and broke your heart and mind.

Take my oil, take the power of the wine, and use it in this hour.  Anoint and bind up the wounds of the brokenhearted, teaching those captive how to be free. From your well of compassion I will pour out upon the darkness of mankind. 

It’s time, to pour out My Oil and My wine and to create places of rest in worship and peace for those who need a resting place and haven from the battered and violent landscape of the world and it’s dangerous paths that lead to harm.

Pour! Pour! Pour!

I will do exploits as you physically and spiritually pour out the oil and the wine among my people and into the lives of those whom I will send you to.

You have been filled up with the Oil of The Holy Spirit to BURN brightly and to spill over into your generation!

 Declare it to the world! Speak it to the darkness-you have been filled and you are continuously infused with a perpetual well of power, a prophetic declaration is on your lips as the oil runs through you and you have the eyes of Christ, who has baptized you with this oil of power and anointing-to see with His discernment!

GO in power; make your proclamation and feed that vision Sons and Daughters, who pour out the Fresh Oil and Fresh wine in My name! PROCLAIM THE WORD OF LIFE!

It’s not by ability, nor by power but BY MY SPIRIT SAYS THE LORD!

And You Shall Be My Witnesses along all of the pathways that you travel! You shall receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you and you shall be witnesses to Me in Jerusalem, in all Judea and Samaria, and to the end of the earth." - Acts 1:8
